About the studio pro photographer role:
The Studio Pro is a master of high-quality photo and video creation and a creative mentor in the studio. This role supports soona’s top accounts and has a senior level understanding of production technique, lighting and set design. They are responsible for driving an exceptional client experience and studio business results.
This is a full time exempt salary position located in Denver that will report directly to the crew lead.
an ideal candidate can:
Translates client goals to create content that exceeds customer expectations, meets or surpasses target KPIs, and aligns with business goals, reflecting the candidate’s consistent attention to detail, quality control and driving toward the bigger picture of soona’s growth goals.
Work successfully with clients, both in-studio and virtually, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. Demonstrate strength in sales skills by effectively communicating the value of creative services to clients, upselling opportunities, and building long-term relationships that drive business growth.
Lead by example in the studio, offering active leadership and support to the Crew Lead Manager, targeted training, assigned studio tasks or other projects that support soona’s greater business goals.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by managing tasks efficiently, giving and receiving feedback, prioritizing client experience and executing strategic time management to ensure smooth workflows.
Set up and utilize various lighting styles and techniques to effectively address customer needs, ensuring optimal results.
Troubleshoot on-set challenges and juggle multiple, competing projects effortlessly, showcasing the ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure.
Show excitement and exemplify professionalism while producing high-quality, innovative content on a daily basis, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and adaptability.
Participate in the holistic operation of the studio, including pre-shoot preparation, equipment and prop organization, inventory assistance, and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. Some lifting is required (up to 30 lbs)

5+ years of full-time professional photography and videography
3+ years of client-facing or customer service
we can offer:
strong starting salary: $66,000 - $78,000 DOE
