Studio Operations Coordinator - Part Time

About the Studio Operations Coordinator role:
The Studio Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of our studios. In this role, you’ll be managing package intakes and returns, tracking inventory with precision, and making sure studio creatives have everything they need before the cameras roll.
You're the kind of person who spots a disorganized shelf and immediately wants to fix it. You take pride in getting packages processed quickly, returns shipped on time, and storage space optimized so nothing slips through the cracks. When a client needs an update or a shoot needs to be prepped, you're already on it. This role reports to the Studio Operations Manager and is based in Austin, TX.
This is a part-time, Austin-based role reporting to the Studio Operations Manager.

An ideal candidate can:
Process all intakes and returns for packages delivered to soona
Track package location accurately within warehouse and studio
Ensure client returns are shipped on time and damage free
Review, maintain and optimize warehouse storage capacity, ensuring studio and/or warehouse storage space is organized, accurate and tidy
Order studio supplies
Audit bookings for shoot-readiness
Kit products/packages for the crew in advance for upcoming shoots
Flag inventory issues proactively to Studio Managers, Production Coordinators and Customer Support
Communicate directly with clients for details surrounding returns and damaged products
Meet KPIs including package processing turnaround time & location accuracy
Adapt to and innovate around changing processes
Assist studio crew with other tasks when needed
Has experience in:
1+ years of inventory management
1+ year of customer service
Organized and systems oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Google suite and Slack proficiency a plus
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Additional requirements:
Can lift up to 40 pounds alone, or more with assistance
Comfortable working in storage and studio settings

Hourly rate: starting at $22/hour up to 30 hrs/week
